Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ebuket.link, operated by United Startups LLC(“we”, “us”). By buying a gift or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

ebuket.link lets you create a digital gift, such as an animated bouquet with a personal note, and share it with someone through a private link. It is a digital product: nothing is shipped.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and may change at any time; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms for payments. We do not see or store your card number.

4. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed you receive a link to your gift on screen and by email. Gifts are delivered immediately. If you do not receive your email, check your spam folder and contact us.

5. Your content and conduct

You are responsible for the messages and other content you put in a gift. You confirm that you have the right to use it, and you give us permission to store and display it as needed to provide the service. You agree not to create gifts that:

• are unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful or defamatory;
• are sexual or exploit or endanger minors;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• contain spam, scams, malware or misleading links; or
• are used to harass or impersonate another person.

We may remove or disable a gift, and refuse service, if we believe it breaks these rules or the law. Where we do so for a violation, we may decline to refund.

6. Gift links

Anyone who has a gift link can open it. You are responsible for who you share it with. We cannot recover a link that you share with the wrong person, although we may be able to deactivate it on request.

7. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

8. Our content

The site, its design, artwork and software belong to us or our licensors. When you buy a gift we give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to send and share that gift with its recipient. You may not copy, resell or build a competing product from our artwork or software.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a gift will be available forever. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example 5, 8, 9, 10 and 12) will survive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in that state have jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

13. Tips and affiliate links

Tips are optional, processed by Stripe, and not refundable. Some pages may include a clearly marked affiliate link to a florist partner; we may earn a commission if you buy through it. We do not control, and are not responsible for, that third party's products, prices or service.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
